I have always had a passion for fitness and exercise, being a fan of running, cycling and an avid gym user, I wouldn’t even let pregnancy stop me from training! It was this interest in fitness that spurred me on to undertake a qualification in this field and qualify as a level 3 sports massage therapist. I have experience with working with remedial injuries, sporting and non sporting related conditions and deep tissue massage. I am keen to further my training and look to take on more training courses in the near future.
I have previously worked in special educational needs schools; teaching and helping with various medical needs. I have also obtained a degree in Psychology and I have experience working with indivuduals that have mental health disorders. I am a very caring and sociable person who can easily strike up conversation with anyone. I embrace everyone as an individual, creating a relaxed, accepting and open minded atmosphere.
Working with me will not only help alleviate any pain and discomfort but will also prove to be a relaxing and fun session.
